: (1) From the date of formation of the management committee in accordance with this Act, the rights of the committee, managers and employees of the troubled organization or association will be automatically suspended after the management committee starts its work.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the management committee may release the suspension of members, managers and employees of the committee of such organization or association for the purpose of managing the assets and payment of liabilities of the troubled organization or association.
(3) In accordance with sub-section (2), if assigned to work by the management committee, it shall be the duty of the concerned person to fulfill the said responsibilities.
